Chicken recipes from classic to experimental
Whether roasted, baked or fried – chicken dishes are always delicious! We love breasts, drumsticks, wings and even a whole chicken. But it’s also good in chicken, risotto, salad, and soup. So it’s a shame we find ourselves seasoning chicken breasts with salt and pepper and stir-frying with some vegetables. There are many ways to use poultry – and many more animals. And it usually only works with a few ingredients.

Interesting facts about avocado
Although most people talk about the avocado fruit, these are actually the fruits that hang on the avocado tree, a laurel plant. Avocado is also often called butter pear because of its creamy texture, or alligator pear because of the texture of its skin. By the way, avocado is a fruit, not a vegetable, and is in season from January to April and again from August to December.
Types of avocados and their origin
The most famous avocado variety is Fuerte. It is large, green and pear-shaped and has a particularly mild flavor. “Hass” avocados are small, round, and turn dark violet to black when ripe. They are slightly tastier than fuerte avocados. More than 400 avocado varieties are grown worldwide.
