Chicken recipes from classic to experimental
Whether roasted, baked or fried – chicken dishes are always delicious! We love breasts, drumsticks, wings and even a whole chicken. But it’s also good in chicken, risotto, salad, and soup. So it’s a shame we find ourselves seasoning chicken breasts with salt and pepper and stir-frying with some vegetables. There are many ways to use poultry – and many more animals. And it usually only works with a few ingredients.
Just try something new in Chicken dishes
Why not fill it with a whole dainty fennel and light scallions and make the stew? Or serve deliciously spiced fried chicken on a bed of seasonal vegetables? Our summer special recommendation is the lemon chicken roasted with herbs, potatoes and olives in the oven, very tender and surprisingly fresh.
Necessary ingredients for pepper chicken in lavash:
1 Avocado (see product information)
1 red pepper
1 garlic clove
4 coriander stalks
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
fresh black pepper
175 grams chicken fillet
2 tablespoons of olive oil
½ teaspoon cumin
150 grams lettuce hearts
150 grams of corn (box)
1 red pepper
Preparation of chicken with pepper in lavash:
Remove the avocado flesh and mash roughly. Clean the peppers, rinse, chop finely. Peel and chop the garlic. Rinse the coriander, dry it, finely chop the leaves, except for decoration. Mix the prepared ingredients and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the meat in half lengthwise and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Mix it with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, cayenne pepper, cumin and salt. Clean, rinse, dry and cut the lettuce into strips. Drain the corn. Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop finely.
Fry the meat in the remaining oil for 4 minutes. Heat the meatballs one by one in the pan. Rinse the peppers, cut into rings. Fill the pancake with the prepared ingredients. Serve with small slices.
