BROCCOLI SOUP – how is it made
Ingredients for 4 servings
250g broccoli
1 pc garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 l vegetable soup (clear)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
100 ml whipped cream
preparation
For the broccoli soup, first chop the broccoli, garlic and onions finely and sauté them in olive oil in a saucepan for a few minutes.
Pour in the vegetable soup and simmer on a low heat for about 20 minutes.
Finally, mix briefly with a hand blender and season to taste with salt and pepper.
To refine it, whipped cream can be stirred in.
