Get rid of those love handles under your armpits with these exercises
At the beginning of the year we all took heart and made a good resolution: fewer snacks and healthier foods. Every year, however, it’s the same: we stick to it for a week or two, and then we fall back into our old routine. You want to feel comfortable in that new fitted top or bikini, but your armpits are struggling with your confidence. Armpit flakes show through t-shirts and can also ooze out over the rim of your bra or bikini. Of course, in a perfect world, we would always feel completely comfortable, confident, and just love everything about our own bodies, but sadly, that’s not always the case. If you want to get rid of your armpits, it’s important to focus on cardio and strength training—especially your chest and back. With the following exercises you can target your armpits so that they will be gone faster than you can see!
Lying chest fly: You will need small weights for this exercise. Lie flat on your back and open your arms with the weights to your side, palms facing up. Then, slightly bend your elbows and raise your arms toward the ceiling, where you bring the weights together across your chest.
Pulling up: This exercise really declares war on armpits. Since it’s quite difficult to pull yourself up, you can also use a small stool. It’s important to keep practicing!
Dumbbell pull-up: Lie flat on your stomach and keep your legs straight. Again, hold the small weights in your hand and move your arms to the side. Then extend your arms to your legs and lift your head and chest off the floor. Tighten your stomach as you do this. Then move your arms back out to the sides as your chest sinks back to the floor.
Swimming: With this exercise you train your whole body. Lie flat on your stomach and straighten your arms and legs. Then lift them up and make swimming movements.
Do these exercises for 15 to 20 minutes a day and you will see a significant difference in just a few weeks. Of course, you should also pay attention to a healthy diet; this is the most important thing (and good for your health).
