Preparation of Chinese beef recipe with onions and peppers
Chop the meat very finely, the finer it is, the faster it will be ready later when cooking. If necessary, you can also use roulade meat, marinating it will make it tender and tender.
For the marinade, mix the cognac with soy sauce, baking soda and half of the beaten egg white, sprinkle over the starch and add the meat. Marinate for half a day.
