1. wash the meat. Put it in a saucepan with 2 liters of water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and spices. Bring to a boil and cook with the lid on for about 1 1/2 hours. Scrape the foam from time to time.
2. peel the onions. Chop the bacon and onion. Fry the bacon crispy in a pan. Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes, set aside. Peel, wash and cut the carrots and potatoes into sticks about 1 cm thick.
3. Remove the leg slices from the broth. Add the vegetables to the broth, cook for about 20 minutes. Cut the meat into cubes, add to the soup and heat. Wash and chop the parsley. Season the casserole with salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley. Serve with bacon and onions.
